This section provides an overview of the Career Development Framework, including what it is, how it works, and the unique aspects of The Ginac Group, Inc. approach. To produce significant career change, this project will develop the Career Development Framework , which is comprised of two sub-components: the Career Transition Matrix ® , a tool for understanding four distinct career transition paths; and the Career Development Model ®, a five stage process for facilitating career change based on the four career transition paths.
