Working with organizations to diagnose existing cultures, identify gaps where change is needed, and implement cultural transformation programs.
  • What is our existing culture?
  • How does our culture need to change in order for us to be more successful?
  • What cultural aspects do we need to focus on in order to gain a competitive advantage?
  • How do I implement a cultural transformation program to instill the right mindset, values, and behaviors in my organization?

In today's economy, change is occurring more quickly than ever before. Values and behaviors that support flexibility, innovation, continuous learning, and stewardship are key to any organization's success.

For an organization to stand out from competitors and succeed in the long run, it must be able to adapt to change, understand the core values and behaviors required to achieve its goals, and instill this culture and mindset at all levels of the organization. It must also create an environment that will attract and retain top performers. For an organization whose culture is not aligned with its goals or supportive of needed values and behaviors, it can be a daunting reality to face and difficult to determine what to do.

The Ginac Group can assist your organization in assessing its culture, identifying gaps between the current state and what is required to succeed, and developing a cultural transformation program to support the adoption of needed values, behaviors, and skills.

We'll work with you to tailor a program that meets the specific goals of your organization. As part of our offerings, we can work with you to:

  • Evaluate your existing organizational culture and/or subcultures (e.g. by region, function, department, division, role, etc.)
  • Identify core values, behaviors, and skills critical to success and strategy execution
  • Identify gaps where changes must occur
  • Perform gap analyses between high and low performing groups
  • Define expected roles, responsibilities, and behaviors
  • Model future "best practice" culture/subcultures
  • Develop a program to effectively implement cultural shifts/change.
