Helping employees develop positive and constructive plans for improving their work performance and career resiliency.

Professional assessments are tools for generating additional information about employees who are interested in improving their performance or furthering their careers. The purpose of doing assessments is:

  • To provide each employee with accurate information about his/her leadership strengths and improvement needs to assist in planning future professional development activities.
  • To provide a professional development plan with information about the employee's strengths and improvement needs.

This information will be used in the selection and design of professional development opportunities that build on strengths and manage weaknesses.


The Ginac Group has provided leading organizations with assessment tools that have resulted in extraordinary increases in productivity and performance, and decreases in employee turnover, stress, conflict and overall human capital expenses. The Ginac Group will work with you to:

  • Assess employee characteristics such as aptitude, achievement, interests, values, and personality traits
  • Assess learning style, life roles, self-concept, career maturity, vocational identity, career indecision, work environment preference (e.g., work satisfaction), and other related life style/development issues
  • Assess conditions of the work environment (such as tasks, expectations, norms, and qualities of the physical and social settings)
  • Identify and hire the best employees for specific jobs and the organization
  • Eliminate ineffective selection or placement procedures that result in poor hiring decisions.
