5.7.2008 – Founder to Judge 2008 Austin Profiles in Power
Linda Ginac, founder The National Society of Career Management and CEO of the The Ginac Group, Inc. will be a part of the 14th Annual Austin Business Journal's Profiles in Power judging committee. Nominees are working woman of distinction who have been successful professionally and given back to their community in a significant way. Ginac was a winner at last year's Profiles in Power luncheon.
5.6.2008 – Founder Linda Ginac Appointed to American Cancer Society Board of Directors
Linda Ginac, founder and CEO of The Ginac Group, Inc. was recently appointed by the Austin chapter of the American Cancer Society’s Board of Directors. Her appointment follows nearly a year of preparation as acting event chair for one of ACS's largest fundraisers, the 15th Annual ACS Cattle Baron's Ball.
Ginac was diagnosed with early-stage breast cancer right before her board appointment and is presently undergoing treatment. Watch her discuss early cancer diagnosis on Austin's KVUE News.

The National Society of Career Management announces that it has
partnered with St. Mary's University in San Antonio to offer Career
Coach Certification starting in October. St. Mary's is the latest
university to offer the certificate program to continuing education
students interested in a career as a Career Coach.

Austin Community College to Offer the Professional Career Architect Program (PCA®) for Continuing Education
The National Society of Career Management announces that it has
partnered with Austin Community College (ACC) to offer Career Coach
Certification starting Fall 2007. Designed by CCPI for individuals
interested in becoming Career Coaches, the new certificate program
provides an in-depth curriculum relevant for a career in career
