CEO, Cofiniti

As Chief Executive Officer of Cofiniti, Don Steele was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company, including engineering, finance and all customer activities including sales and support. Before joining Cofiniti, he was vice president of sales at Trilogy Development Group, a developer of sales force automation software, where he was instrumental in the company's growth. He was responsible for an annual doubling of sales to more than $100 million over the course of his tenure.

In addition, Steele was a principal at SMI, a high-tech consulting firm in Dallas, and CEO of Syntelligence, a mainframe software company in Sunnyvale, California. Prior to Syntelligence, Steele was general manager of the Financial Systems Division of UCCEL. His other experience includes senior sales management roles at Docutel, IBM and Memorex. Steele has a BBA in Marketing from the University of Iowa.
