Kristin Shopp, PCM

Professional Career Manager

Kristin Shopp is a Professional Career Manager (PCM) with The Ginac Group, Inc. She works with individuals to implement successful strategies for positive career change. Her area of expertise includes career change and transition, job search strategy, skills identification and career exploration.

Prior to working at The Ginac Group, Kristin accrued 10 years of recruiting and management experience at AMD, Dell, and JCPenney. She has also worked as a psychological counselor.  She has an abundance of experience successfully mentoring  employees and clients to achieve their career and personal goals.

Kristin holds a Masters degree in Counseling from the University of Georgia, and an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Texas. A certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Kristin is active in several professional organizations, including:
