Kristin has a breadth of corporate experience in recruiting, university relations, and project management gained from working for companies such as AMD and Dell Computer Corporation. She also has extensive experience in the educational sector as a result of working as a psychological and career counselor at Centenary College and Georgia Institute of Technology. Kristin's combined aptitude in recruiting and counseling enables her to fully understand the complex nature of career development issues and to effectively collaborate with her clients to implement successful solutions.

Kristin holds a Masters degree in Counseling from the University of Georgia, and an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Texas.
