Adriana Hook

Operations Manager

Adriana Hook is the Manager of Operations for The Ginac Group (TGG). With more than 10 years experience developing, implementing, and administering human resource operations in a diverse range of business environments, Adriana leads the Professional Career Architect (PCA) program.  She also consults with individuals and organizations to implement strategies and tactics in the field of career development. Adriana has an extensive track record of forging strong relationships with all levels of employees, senior executives, customers, and external partners to achieve organizational goals.

Prior to working at The Ginac Group, Adriana was employed as a Human Resources Director with TexasScapes in Austin, Texas. She was responsible for human resource strategy and administration, employee development, benefits administration and corporate relations. She also served as a manager, mentor, and coach to assist team members in effectively navigating a wide range of career management and organizational issues. In addition, Adriana has extensive human resources and career development experience working at companies including Benefits Integrity, FirstCare and Aetna.

Adriana holds a Bachelors of Business Administration in International Business from the University of Texas at Austin. She is fluently bilingual in Spanish.
