Having worked for over ten years in the human services field, Jennifer has successfully coached Executive Directors through stressful situations imposed by regulatory entities. Her previous roles as Director of Research and Development and Director of Quality Assurance demonstrate an appreciation for and understanding of the various aspects of business and their impact on a company’s success. Her ability to engage Executive Directors and demonstrate competence and expertise created successful partnerships critical to the company’s progress.
Most recently, Jennifer’s experience as a coach and coach trainer ensures that she focuses on her client’s needs and goals and works with them to discover solutions and breakthroughs for moving forward. She focuses on creating awareness and understanding with her clients and believes that the “ah-ha” moments are key to heading in new directions.
Jennifer is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. She holds a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Counseling, a Master of Arts in Christian Education, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. |
